I went last week for the first time. Wanted to refresh colour. Normally I have my own, darker blond to the roots/top, and lighter blond on the length. The whole look is natural. I was treated very nicely, actually with the service labelled as ' Super', which is the highest in the salon (I had appointment with Mister Sommer). Unfortunately what was done to my hair was not at all what I wanted. Instead of natural look I got very distinctive 'stripes' - lines of darker and far too light blond (almost looking like white grey not white). The colouring was done rather quickly and unfortunately it did not have nice effect. Not only I have stripes of different colours, but also it looks worse next to scalp, as the colouring was not done alongside hair line, but kind of cross so the same colour is going through different parts of hair (so basically one piece of hair I take has different colours, and those stripes of same colour are visible, making very unnatural and kind of weird look).
The white colour was so light that a day later I send and email with picture asking if there is something that can be done about it. I was invited again on the next day and treated by a nice lady, who tried to add more thin colour lines to make those stripes of different colour look less visible (so to have more thinner stripes). I think she also used toner to change a bit shade of that blond. And evened out my unfortunately uneven cut.
Overall I was treated very nicely - both times. Unfortunately I am very unhappy with the end result (after second visit it looks better than after first, but still so far away from what I wanted and what I am used to :-( As a natural dark-blonde haired person, it feels not right to have this super light blond stripes on top. What is even worse when I look at those colour lines on my hair I want to cry, as I really look as if my hair was done in a very bad way. And all of this with really high price, as I paid over 350 chf for the first visit (second one was for free).
I was wondering if I should write this review. In the end I was treated very nicely. However the end result is not what I wanted, I don't like the look in the mirror, and actually this is why I went to hairdresser in the first place - to make myself look and feel better. On top of that the price I paid makes me unhappy, considering no satisfaction with the end result...
I will not go again, and actually I think now I think I need to go somewhere else to fix those stripes...

They are very friendly and the salon is clean but professionally they are not at a good level and have very old fashion techniques.
You must avoid doing colors there.
