I am happy with Batmaid’s customer service. They are very responsive and helpful. About the cleaning agents, it took us long to find one that fits our needs. The ladies usually have very different concepts of the quality of a cleaning. It would be very good if the ladies had a minimum standard.

Most reliable cleaning service we have tried so far. We are clients almost a year now and we never had any issue. This week they saved us when we had an emergency at our flat and expected a visit next day. Lukas who is our new contact person on their customers hotline helped us to find a solution within minutes. Excellent customer service!

I tried Barmaid for the first time for an end of tenancy cleaning (with materials). The booking online was easy and clear. Everything was beyond expectations: starting with Nura that took care of the appointment, informed me about all the details, provided all the information I needed and the best solution for me. The amazing Hani and Fartuun arrived on time knowing already everything they had to clean and they ended the cleaning when expected. They were very professional and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Batmaid.
