Germann Gartenbau AG redesigned our garden over 15 years ago to become ours
complete satisfaction and with full enthusiasm and great ideas. Since then, we have been grateful to the team every year for the necessary maintenance work. The staff is very competent and
extremely reliable and friendly. We receive expert advice in every respect and can highly recommend the company to everyone, keep it up. Price/performance is right on all levels.

In the summer of 2020 we had our garden with a pergola designed and built by German Gartenbau. All in all, top craftsmen and work.
Unfortunately, the aftercare is simply non-existent! Open defects or inquiries are not addressed - direct calls to customer advisors are not accepted, messages left in the office are ignored - there is only radio silence.
Unacceptable and incomprehensible at this price level. Unfortunately, it confirms the statements of our neighbors who have had the same experiences with German Gartenbau AG - Bazenheid.

After a personal exchange with Germann Gartenbau AG, all outstanding work and new requirements were completed, albeit late, to our complete satisfaction. Despite the certain discrepancies, we would work with Germann again.
