We booked AT as the initial communication and professionalism was excellent. We had several quotes for a move out clean. AT was at the higher end of pricing, however we really wanted a superior service so chose them anyway.
The cleaning was good. There was a big team who worked hard, some fast and others more slowly during the first day. They communicated they would be back the next day to continue cleaning before hand over. I should have checked what would be cleaned the following day, as I wasn't happy with the floors, I had had them cleaned to a much better standard before,
However the cleaners had spoken with the landlord who said they were going to sand back the floors anyway. So I think this is why they didn't worry about the floors to get them to a high standard.
The one big disappointment was that someone in the cleaning team did break the glass draw in the bathroom, so we had to get insurance, the big issue I had with this is they didn't own up to it. Even though it was very clear they had damaged it. All in all though they worked hard, and they continued to clean areas that were asked by the landlord they fullfilled the Guarantee.

For our shop in Wiedikon I was looking for a nearby cleaning company for the annual window cleaning. Communication was very professional right from the start and we were able to agree on a date very quickly. Everything went smoothly on site and the employees were very helpful. The work was done professionally and quickly = full service at the best price! A TOP company that I can only recommend!

I booked the cleaning through Mr. Cleaner. Even before the cleaning it was clear that the communication between Mr. Cleaner and AT Clean could be improved. Mr. Cleaner confirmed the appointment with me in advance. At AT Clean I was told by phone an hour before the appointment that the cleaning was usually discussed in advance and the appointment would only then be fixed.
The cleaning team arrived on time and did the spring cleaning thoroughly. The two ladies were very friendly, but it was not possible to communicate with them in German. They didn't seem to be able to do anything with the completed checklist. Which isn't a bad thing, but I am of the opinion that in this case they should have explained in advance in the local language what they had to do.
As a result, only half of the agreed work (according to the order) was completed, but this was done within the maximum calculated time of three hours.
I then reported to Mr Cleaner that the inside of the kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned at all and that the fridge door had not closed properly since it was cleaned.
I didn't hear back from Mr. Cleaner, but I did hear back from AT Clean. The deputy management said that the employees did their best, which I never disputed. She said that three hours was too close - mind you, this time was given by Mr. Cleaner. She didn't address the issue. I wrote to both companies again and explained my concerns. To this day, both of them still owe me an answer.
I am sure that there are numerous comparable providers who care about customer satisfaction. I can only describe AT Clean's customer service as a major disappointment.
