Best beauty place in Zurich. They do a great service, but the best part is how nice they are. I had a last minute urgency and Janine was super nice and flexible to accommodate me. Location is amazing. Will definitely come back.

I had my eyebrows and a fire and ice facial done by Victoria, and a mani pedi by Vivien. They are both very lovely therapists, creating a relaxing environment and working very competently. I have been returning to Victoria for my brows and will enjoy coming back again!

I feel scammed. It was super hard to start a laser-abo because I couldn't open a swissbilling account and they had zero flexibility for other paying methods. When I finally got the swissbilling and startet the sessions, after 6 months it was over because they wouldn't offer the treatment anymore. The following month was already paid and not only I didn't get a refund for it, now they want me to pay for the remaining months, even though I couldn't keep doing the laser. I tried to ask what the next steps were 3 times and was ignored. Very disappointed.

Worst waxing experience ever! I've been to backstage for more than 5 years. Today it was horrible. The therapist was rushing the session. The wax wasn't harden and she wanted to pull the wax off! The direction to pull the wax off was wrong. It was painful! Period! Disappointed.
