We tried a few cleaning agents before found our perfect match, and we are satisfied with the lady that cleans our house now. Overall, i find it very efficient to officially employ a house cleaner and have her receive all the legal and welfare benefits as any other employee. the app-based booking system is very handy, possible to make changes or cancel the service.

Excellent service. From the online booking to the quality and efficiency of the flat-clean itself (via the intermediate organisation and admin by Alex at the Batmaid office), this - my first but certainly not my last - experience of agency cleaning leaves nothing to be desired or improved. Unreservedly recommended.

Super easy to book and choose my services on their website. My now regular cleaning lady/maid does a fantastic job. My home is spotless and she also gives me great tips on how to maintain my very difficult to clean kitchen. She’s amazing! Great service all around!

They sell you a subscription and after that you will be unable to cancel it yourself.
Very un-userfriendly.
The cleaning staff itself is polite but very slow in cleaning (to sell you more hours) and does not master eiter DE or EN, so communication is almost impossible

It started out really well but since we have had constant cancellations the last 6 weeks. We had someone just not show up after two cancellations in a row. We called and emailed with the company and even said we would no longer use them if they didn't find a replacement, to no avail. I would not recommend this service.
