We're generally happy with our cleaner - she is doing a good job, and also is quiet, which is important as we work from home a lot. If ocasionally something gets broken, the company is quick to compensate. Unfortunately, our last claim was not answered ( our regular cleaner, who is otherwise great, accidentally scrubbed a non-stick pan), so I am wondering if the customer service is not as efficient these days.

My partner and I have been using Batmaid for a couple of years now and we are generally happy with the service. We changed a few cleaners over time but the cleaning quality has been pretty much the same regardless of who they sent us. In the end we decided to stick with one lady who comes once a week purely because she speaks English very well and it’s easier to communicate.

Cleaning was cancelled one day before, second cleaning had to be cancelled by me because Batmaid messed up the scheduling. That's a no-no and a red flag.
Update: Cleaning was cancelled 15 hours before. No alternative provided as claimed. Not using this service anymore.
Update 2: I've made a second appointment and now the cleaning lady told me she won't make it but later because Batmaid messed up the scheduling. Now I had to cancel the appointment because I've to leave when she would arrive.

Awful service. Quality of cleaning depends on the cleaning person, but at 80% of the cases they are late or cancelling the cleaning at the short notice. Once they requested to make cleaning 1 hour earlier, so we needed to wake up earlier and change our plans, but cleaning lady texted that she would be couple of minutes late, but she was late 1 hour! We had to leave because we had the plans, when she came and we were not at home she was even surprised and unsatisfied. Shocking attitude, perhaps badmaid thinks that if you book the cleaning for the certain day you don't have other plans and you're fully flexible!

I have used batmaid for quite a while.
First couple cleanings (every two weeks) were ok. The lady was very nice and did a nice job, nothing extraordinary. Then she quit and I was assigned other personel. One lady cleaned twice and quit afterwards.
After that it went downhill. First replacement did a horrible job, didnt clean the bathroom properly, floor was not cleaned either. I wanted to have her replaced. Next one did not show up and Batmaid still charged me eventhough they said the weill refund me. Next Batmaid was said she showed up and I was not home, wich was a lie. I was home and didnt see her eventhough I went outside to look for her. Last but not least one wrote me a text that she is 10 minutes late and didnt show up for 30 minutes. I am done with Batmaid. The last 3 times I drove home since it was the first cleaning. Each trip took me 30 minutes since I had to drive home from work and I waited a total of more than 2 hours for no-one to show up.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT BOOK BATMAID!
