After a few cold plasma treatments, I couldn't see any improvement on my skin. I was recommended (and I bought) a cream containing silver which was too fatty for my skin without having it tested first. During the first 2 treatments, the beautician forgot to treat my nose with the cold plasma device! Although the beautician was kind, I found the services unfortunately unprofessional.

Terrible staff. Thought I couldn't speak german and caught them telling eachother to 'play along' so they didn't have to complete the job. Would not recommend.
