High professional and friendly service. They take so good care of you, you really feel you’re in a spa. Furthermore their availability to help you last minute (my nail polish got damaged when I arrived home) is of great value. Highly recommended and definitely my favorite beauty salon in Zurich!

A little on the expensive side but really good service. The waxing was very well done and very fast. The service was very nice, and she always made sure I was not in pain, even though the wax they used was almost painless! Will definitely come again!

To be avoided ! Totally unprofessional!
I had also bought a coupon on DeinDeal for a couple massage. When I first contacted them to make an appointment, they said my coupon had already been used (which was not the case of course). They then clarified it somehow and we fixed an appointment. A few hours before the appointment, they informed me by SMS that one of their employees was sick, and they canceled me. I have replied to their SMS, sent them 3 different emails and have tried to call them for 9 days, leaving messages on their voicemail. I never got any single response !!! This is totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this beauty salon to anyone.
