Absolutely unprofessional!
Does not take responsibility for the loss of the customer's key and to this day does not pay for the damage.
The only thing the company does best is ignore the customer but certainly not clean or take responsibility.

Unfortunately an unreliable company. Work is done poorly or sometimes not at all. After we canceled there were only problems, I only got rude and cheeky feedback. They didn't want to give us our keys either.

Totally unprofessional and definitely NOT recommended.
Cleaning crew caused damage to removal cleaning (umzugs-reinigung.ch, a subsidiary of Büroreinigung.ch AG). The company acknowledged this but did not pay for the damage despite repeated requests.

You write emails - several times
You call - several times
But you don't get any answers to various questions.
Very unprofessional and NOT recommended. I'm sorry, but there's only one star here and nothing more.
