TLDR: nice owner, bad manicure and damaged nails.
Carmina is a really nice and warm person, and I was welcomed by a coffee. Hand massage was nice.
That said, the manicure experience was very bad. I came to remove a 3 month old shellac, which was only at the tips of the nails. Instead of removing it with acetone, it was removed with the nail drill, and Carmina used the nail drill even on parts of the nails without shellac - for no reason at all. I ended up with deep scratches on my nails which will take months to grow out. Not only shellac was removed with the nail drill, but also layers of my own nails.

It's not easy to find a place for the full bikini Brazilian wax service in Zürich but Carmina does a such a great job!

Carmina is one of the best professionals I have ever encountered ! She is very kind, has an eye for detail and she is very focus on her work. The result is amazing and impeccable.
