Thorough cleaning and easy. The house was left spotless and the interaction was punctual and to the point. I also appreciated that they responded to inquiries by e-mail without calling (other companies do)

This company is a disgrace
During the final cleaning of my apartment, 3 built-in cupboards were cleaned with aggressive cleaning agents so that these cupboards got stains that can no longer be removed.
First came the man on site. "Yes, we'll cover the damage. But we need a signature to confirm that I was here" (He didn't even speak German)
After a week I asked: "Sorry, we can't do anything because the handover protocol was signed and no defects were listed."
The whole thing is just sad and expensive
I was taken for a ride by all parties!
I don't recommend this company to anyone!

We used Scaramuzzo's clean service over a period of several months. Is one of the more expensive cleanings. Unfortunately we didn't have good experiences. Scaramuzzo (Clean Service) uses very aggressive cleaning agents that have demonstrably damaged our fairly high-quality furniture. Scaramuzzo (Clean Service) did not show any helpfulness with the complaints and repeatedly delayed cooperation. At some point we gave up. Conclusion: there are much better providers in this price segment!

The most badly organized cleaning company, without SERIOUS people, rude staff in the whole of Switzerland, "Chefs" who don't know what CLEANING means, AND they make you work when it's convenient for them!
