A disgrace to this company
During the final cleaning of my apartment, 3 built-in cupboards were cleaned with aggressive cleaning agents so that these cupboards got stains that can no longer be removed.
First came from the man on site. "Yeah, we'll take care of the damage. But I need a signature for the confirmation that I was here" (He didn't even speak German)
After a week I asked: "Sorry, can't do anything because the handover protocol was signed and no defects were listed"
It's just sad and expensive
I've been fooled by all parties!
I do not recommend this company to anyone!

The most badly organized cleaning company, devoid of SERIOUS people, rude staff in the whole of Switzerland. "Chefs" who don't know what CLEANING means, and make you work when it's convenient for them!

We have used Scaramuzzo's Clean Service for a period of several months. Belongs to the more demanding cleaning services in terms of price. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. Scaramuzzo (Clean Service) uses very aggressive cleaning agents, which have been shown to have damaged our fairly high-quality furniture. Scaramuzzo (Clean Service) was not at all helpful with the complaints and repeatedly delayed the cooperation. At some point we gave up. Conclusion: there are much better providers in this price segment!
