"Incredibly dubious! I ordered a piercing in November and have been waiting in vain to this day. The studio doesn't get in touch and makes up the most absurd excuses - such as that the employee who processed my order quit and they didn't take over her bookings. A real juice shop! Absolutely unprofessional and catastrophic service. Stay away!"
