I was affraid to make new experiences with my hair but i was so sooo beautiful surpised to enter in and meet this amazing girl Ivana ! she s no doubt the best!!! why ? because she cares about hair and about you to be happy and satisfied ! prices are very good talking about center of zürich ! i made balayage and after 4 months my hair is still amazing ! i ll turn to her soon ❤️

I went here over the summer and had a pretty bad experience. The first two times I went I didn’t have an issue. Once for cut once for color. Different stylist. The hair was colored, all well and good. The second experience the same stylist who did my hair color previous seemed ill (although assuming not with corona... but why was she even working). Then, the hair turned out MUCH darker then intended. She completely didn’t do what I asked for. I told her she would probably need bleach to make it at least look even... she assured me she didn’t. She left the color on for an extremely long time. The hair was an AWFUL green tinge with orangish bits. To top that off, it was broken... from going darker. Now I have to wear extensions. Not ok— reasonably the appointment was free but she took hair as payment.

My girlfriend did extensions. The quality of the work was extremely poor. 2 hours after the appointment the first strands had already fallen out. We then went back to repair it. The lady checked everything and found it to be good. Next day 4 strands fell out. Are now at another salon to clean up the disaster. This hairdresser should under no circumstances offer hair extensions.

Got a haircut with Ali. Was served extremely friendly. The haircut was world class. You can tell that he takes his time with every customer, wants the best and made me a great fade. More than fair prices, they also gave me a cola as a gift. I'm a regular customer from now on.
