I’ve been a customer at this salon for a year now after a bad experience elsewhere, and I’m so glad I found it! The staff is always friendly and attentive, and their work is excellent. It is a bit more expensive, but the quality consistently meets expectations, so it depends on what you prioritize.

It was the worst manicure I have ever experienced. And it’s funny I have not checked reviews on Google first :D. But ok, here is the one from me. Checking Instagram pictures it is difficult to suspect that it will be a chemical factory inside of beauty salon. The smell of products, that are used there, is hitting the nose the moment you entry. After sitting for 1h there ( well at least it is fast ) , you get severe headache for free. Well back to manicure itself. Pictures, you may find on Instagram, are very far from reality when it comes to result, so one may suspect that they are either stolen from other profiles on Instagram, or there is indeed one master who is doing it well.
In my case acrylic material was on cuticles, shape of nails is just terrible , no manicure itself was done , and detachment of the material which is noticeable on the same day of the visit . So bottom line , it is very “cheap”= low quality service you may count on paying 100chf.

Got acrylic twice and they weren’t able to file nails into an oval shape despite asking/pointing it out a few times, instead they turned out very pointy. Went to get the acrylic removed and they drilled down through my natural nail and kept cutting the skin on the sides leaving them in extreme pain and bleeding that I told the girl to stop and just left to go file them down myself, however I am unable to apply anything else as there is barely any nail left and they are painful to the touch so I will have to wait for the entire nail to grow out.
