Helix piercing with Chiara, she was very patient, took her time with recommendations, and placement.
The team as a whole were friendly. I would recommend to go outside of peak days/hours as you’re likely to get a more personable experience (it can get quite hectic on the weekend).
Pricing is on the higher side but quality of service is really top notch and the boutique is lush 😍

I got two piercings (conch and lobe) by Chiara and the service was great. She was super nice and patient and helped me pick and select my jewelry. Very happy with how they look!

I have been 4 times and had 4 piercings. I bought the Amore hoop earring costing CHF350 in May 2023 in November 2023 the earring fell out and is gone. I’m obviously really upset as I never took the earring out and have no idea how it fell out apart from it not being of reliable quality. For CHF 350 the minimum I would expect would for it to not fall out. I would not recommend buying any earrings from here.

I write of two minds.... the piercing was amazingly well done - but the experience and advice was surprisingly disappointing.
I booked online, with very little information available on the website. Several phone calls were not answered - the online chat portal was vague and unclear... but i felt that I understood: 100chf children's ear piercing, earrings included.
Arrived: Do you want gun or needle - here are earrings.... I asked about cost and was very misled... with gun 100, including earrings... manual 60, plus cost of earrings. We selected needle, and chose earrings. My daughter anxious but so excited. I knew it was more... but this was never hinted at being PER EAR!
Turns out! It's 60 a side and price of earrings is individual (not the pair!) AND disinfectant is also at an additional cost!
I was offered the opportunity to switch earrings when standing at the till, but how much that would cost was never even shared. We chose not to, as my daughter was now near tears.
Alas... my appointment was very expensive (nearly 5x more than planned! Double the presented 60 + 180 for earrings! And add the disinfectant spray!) - and I left feeling very very misled. I would not recommend the salon further... despite the piercing being well done.
