I had an appointment to have my hair cut today at 11 a.m. I booked this about a week ago through treatwell. Now this was simply canceled by email 1 hour and 15 minutes in advance!

Was there today and I have to say excellent service. Alexandra knows exactly what she is doing and I really like the haircut. The head massage was the highlight. Very clean and tidy and above all friendly. Thank you
