I had a haircut done by Samantha, but the execution was very poor. I wanted a bob haircut and also showed her some pictures. She did not know how to do it because in the end my hair was shorter in the front and longer in the back (the opposite as I wanted it).

The staff were friendly, I choose this because of friends’ recommendation. Should be safe to go, but actually not all. I booked the hair cut with 99CHF with advanced cut...my hair was long until waist, wanted to cut it until shoulder... 😠I don’t know how to describe, it looks so stiff and stupid now. I am really disappointed, maybe I didn’t have luck to Get the professional one .
