Mandy is awesome and professional!! I love love this place! Will definitely will stick to this place to do all eyebrows. Highly recommend!! And best of all you get to see the final look before they start, other places don't and you end up with really thin eyebrows.

I am very happy about the result! Master Claire and Master Mary are such professionals! They were very understanding and patient, they explained everything thoroughly! Mary was very gentle with the strokes! Lovely and aesthetic place! Totally recommend 🤍

When I booked my appointment, it was not clear what the difference between ‘Master’ and ‘Specialist’ was. I booked a time slot with a Specialist as I didn’t want to wait for one month for a Master. Instead of 30 minutes of treatment, it took me 1 hour and 40 minutes. Firstly, I had to wait for a 15-minute delay (I was informed of this delay 25 minutes prior to the session). Secondly, I didn’t see the intermediate result of the work and only saw my eyebrows at the end of the session. As a result, I wasn’t satisfied with the result and waited for the Specialist to be free to redo my eyebrows. Another person (I assume the Master) helped with one eyebrow, and the Specialist completed the other. In the end, I received the eyebrows I wanted, but I also experienced a lot of stress as I was dramatically late for my business. Based on my experience, I would recommend choosing a Master as the quality and timing will be better.

Vanessa at the front desk was very polite and sweet. She was also very helpful and accommodating. Mandy did my eyebrows beautifully and took so much care, I loved them!
