I'm truly disappointed. It's important for businesses to inform customers about appointment changes in advance. If I had received notice at least an hour beforehand that they were closed today, I could have adjusted my plans for the day.

I had my session with Claire who is very professional and friendly, and immediately made me feel at ease. Happy with the initial result and shape. It looks like I will need one or two touch-ups - which is pretty much standard though.

Claire was FABULOUS! I was very nervous about getting my brows microbladed for the first time. She made me feel so comfortable, explained the whole process, and took the time to make sure she understood what I liked and didn’t like. Afterwards I was amazed at the results and I know it will keep getting better!

Awesome experience with Amira. She took so much care in the design of my eyebrows and was incredibly professional. I wouldn’t have been as confident to have had these done anywhere else.
