Been many times. Lydia and Oksana are both great techs! The facility is nice, clean, and the staff are helpful. English and German are spoken fluently. Calling for an appointment is easy. Highly recommend.

Marina did my lashes (Wet-Look) and i'm completely in love. She was really friendly and gentle. I don't have to talk about the time, she was so fast and professional, it was an amazing experience!! I'm coming back

I booked this place for wedding nails and it definitely was an unpleasant experience. Maybe they are racists like other reviews say.
I tried to make few conversations but I gave up because she was so focused on texting or talking to her colleague and other customers in Russian for 2h straight. Also she was coughing constantly without a mask. My wedding is in 2 days and I seriously hope I don’t catch whatever she has.

Last few times I went there, I felt very uncomfortable the way they just stare at me as I walk in, if you’re not dressed normal then I won’t recommend or else they are quite unfriendly and give you that toxic look!!! I thought good first time but not anymore, I only find the one young girl who does my nails and the other Asian women so sympathetic! The others need to learn how to not look miserable! Manicure also takes as long as my long nails, don’t understand why so slow too! I hope I won’t need to take another star down if it gets worse!

I got my lashes done by Vanessa when visiting this beautiful city! She’s the sweetest most gorgeous human being and I’d say she’s the best at her job! I’ve been getting my lashes done for the past 4 years and so far I was the happiest with her service the most. Will definitely recommend this place and if you’re looking to get your perfect set of lashes done, Vanessa is your person! 😍❤️ I’d be more than happy to visit again.
