I do my mani- and pedicures exclusively at Ladylicious and am always super excited when the next appointment is approaching! It starts with entering the salon where you're warmly welcomed and immediately feel the good vibes. You are always offered something to drink, be it a glas of Prosecco, some detox water, a coke or a coffee. Being there lets you forget your stressful life for a moment and allows you to simply relax. It's a true treat!
From all, Andrea is my absolute favorite! She really does her job with enthusiasm and dedication and is always full of positive energy! I would say however that they are all very skilled and really know what they're doing. So no need to be picky if Andrea happens to be fully booked!

I am editing my review from 5 stars to 3 as I had the worst waxing experience last week. I have been waxing for 30 years and this was a nightmare. Victoria (long dark hair) was for sure performing this service for the first time in her life - she had no idea how to pull the wax, which made it very painful, she put hot wax where she wasn't supposed to, when I was done - I still had hair and wax all over me. I am sure she is great in other services but she should not be allowed to wax people. I also sent a review to the salon - they figured there was no need to react. Starting to consider other salons.

My first time and the service was excellent. One of the few places I've went where they take the time to make sure that the nails on each hand are even. Served tea and made it a lovely experience. Will absolute go again when in Zürich.
