I did brow lamination at this salon and was extremely disappointed. It did not work at all and the brow hair were down even if I tried to brush them up. This is not the first time I got lamination and when I did it in another places, I was always very happy, so I know the problem lays in the salon. The worst part is that before leaving any review I wanted to solve this directly with the salon and asked them to pay me back for the lamination part. But all they offered is to get it done again the next day, which is not healthy for the brows and I did not have any trust to give my brows again to this salon. I do not recommend this salon as you will not get what you expect and if something goes wrong, you will only get ignored.

I did my Laser with Timea, very professional and job well done. Súper nice and clean place. Highly recommended! Will come back now for a Facial😃.

Nice store and nice people. Booked an appointment from 5-6 in the end ended up leaving the store at 7. The aquapeeling was very painful and I had bruised face afterwards. I had definitely better and cheaper facials in Zurich.

Sayme gave me extremely good and competent advice and sensitively pierced my eyebrows and eyelids. I would love to come back to this salon.
