Hairdresser was friendly, but ruined my bangs. Cut way too short and thin. Kept insisting that my bangs were too thick. Should have kept them the way they were, at least I had bangs. Now I have stray pieces of hair hanging around.

the hairdresser was really nice, the only thing was that she cut my friends hair too short! The environment was also pretty comfy.

Never again! I was overcharged 50% more than per online booking and ended up paying 107 CHF for waschen foenen maske, for a shoulder lenght hair. The explanation - I have more hair than others (??? any discount for those with less hair???), Sunday 10% overcharge ( not 50%!!). To compare - I paid 90 CHF on a Sunday at DOLDER Grand - great stylist , excellent job. If you ever choose McCoiffure at HB Zurich make sure you will be first misled by the online booking and the overcharged at site and you will be paying a “meh” job at the level of super lux , super stylist in Zurich

Went for a men’s wash & cut. I usually go to the Zurich Airport branch but my regular stylist is on vacation. The experience at Shopville is not as polished as at the airport - no drinks offered, no 2nd wash, no face cloth to wipe off hair. Nevertheless, the stylist did a good job and I’m happy with the cut. Their extended opening hours every day of the week are useful 👍🏻
