I’ve been a client for two years but it was probably the last time. Uneven nails, different shapes and sizes in each nail.

My opinion is based on my time as customer (roughly 9 months). This place is good If you need your nails done in a rush and on short notice, but not on a recurring basis. Price wise, it’s cheap for Zurich standards. However, you get what you pay for. I will not be returning due to the poor condition my nails have been left in. The salon uses drills aggressively to remove product and to also clean the nail. I asked on numerous occasions to please use the drill lightly and was essentially ignored. While they are quick (30-45 mins for shellac application incl. Removal), the work is rushed and thus proper nail care is thrown out the window. I was left with very thin and brittle nails from excessive drilling. This place gets 2 stars because of appointment availability and price.

Never again. I went there for a pedicure with shellac and during the pedicure the guy cut my foot really badly because he was not paying attention to what he was doing.it was a week ago and today it is still infected. He didn t cared about it until i made him notice. It is sad, because i used to love the olace but now not anymore..

Do not go there! I did a Shellac manucure with an old CND color and after few hours the it was gone. When I went there again for a refund or just to remove it the owner was mean and without any customer attention. Pity for her team as the guys are nice. adieu.
