You book online, the price seemed good to me so I booked, but after they charged me more the service was unclear.
I booked online 59 chf and paid 73 chf
The lady gave me the color chart and I thought it was included in the service also because I already intended to make them in natural color.
Unclear communication
There was no manicure nor cuticle removal.
Very sloppy work without care, luckily I had my old reconstruction in excellent condition for cleaning and removing the old gel and it was not very accurate.
I'm not happy with this service

French manicure after 10 days. I wanted to get them removed, booked an appointment, but after waiting 15 minutes for nothing I gave up. Also the “german” they speak is impossible to understand.

They are really quick and professional! I love going there, as the atmosphere is always amazing and as an impatient person, I appreciate that they’re so fast!

Tried it for the first time, with the offer written outside that for new members price is 60ChF.
Instead of lasting 40minutes as told the day of the reservation, it took the nail designer 1:20min and that only because I told her I have not much time left.
In the cashier, I had to pay 85CHF. Will never go again! And the nail design, you can see yourself.
