In December I bought a voucher with two appointments for a health massage from Patricia through Your Deal.
On the day of the appointment, I waited for over half an hour and tried to reach Patricia by phone several times. I then received a text message asking me to reschedule my appointment.
Patricia also canceled the next appointment at short notice.
The massage I finally received was more than unsatisfactory. The room was cold and the handles unprofessional. The 10 minute “rest time” at the end was also part of the 90 minute “massage”.
Very unprofessional and therefore not again.

I had made an appointment via treatwell which was canceled at short notice and no one could be reached by phone. On the second attempt there was no cancellation, but no one was in the studio at the time of the appointment and when I tried to make contact by phone, the phone was picked up and hung up immediately. Financially, the matter was subsequently resolved with the owner, the booking was canceled and the money was to be refunded to treatwell.

I bought a voucher for an aquafacial including a lifting massage through DeinDeal. Two (!) hours before the agreed appointment, I received an email requesting a postponement including possible alternative appointments. I complied with the request and decided on an appointment the next morning, but only received an appointment confirmation when I checked again.
At the appointment the next morning, the employee seemed very unprepared and had to gather everything together first. Then the treatment started (cleaning the face), but then the employee couldn't get the aquafacial device to work. I waited and eventually she put a mask on me. After the mask, she tried the device again, but it still didn't work. At my request, she then completed the treatment with a lifting massage (which was really pleasant).
I subsequently got half of the money back on the grounds that the treatment still took as long as expected (because half the time I was just lying there waiting for the device to work), products were used (which... is correct), and the rest of the treatment was carried out (which is also correct, but the *main* part of the treatment is precisely the aquafacial).
Personally, I found the treatment to be unprofessional and would not book it again (even if the device worked again).

No one was on site at the agreed, prepaid appointment. The phone is not picked up, even after days. We were told that this Patricia Rapelowicz had rented a studio but was never there. Well, that's how you can make money. We will file a report with the police
