Good day,
After taking my clothes to this cleaning place for the first time, my conclusion is dissatisfied. I wanted to pick up my shirts on Friday morning as agreed, unfortunately they hadn't been ironed yet and so I couldn't pick them up until Monday due to the opening times. One of my white shirts was not processed satisfactorily and still had dark stains in several places. For this reason, I will no longer visit this cleaning place and will not recommend it.

A mattress cover that cost 650 francs was unusable after cleaning. Then completely unprofessional handling of this case of damage (see your own claims on the website). A huge disappointment with expensive consequences.

Carpet like new again, is approx. 15 years old, looks great. Advice on the phone was very helpful.
