Good day,
After I brought my clothes to this cleaning point for the first time, my conclusion is dissatisfied. I wanted to pick up my shirts on Friday morning as agreed, but unfortunately they hadn't been ironed yet and so I couldn't pick them up until Monday due to the opening hours. One of my white shirts was not processed satisfactorily and still had dark spots in several places. For this reason I will no longer visit this cleaning site and will not recommend it.

A mattress cover costing 650 francs was unusable after cleaning. Then completely unprofessional handling of this case of damage (cf. own claims on the website). A huge disappointment with expensive consequences.

Carpet like new again, is about 15 years old, looks great. Advice on the phone was very helpful.
