Employees are screaming loudly and annoyingly while cleaning with open windows
I don't know how the cleaning team works, but the office team is incompetent. I received an invoice from SOPRAG stating that I should pay 50% of the apartment cleaning. It says below that I can call the company if I have any questions. I did that because I had questions about the offer (which I don't have). The gentleman on the phone told me very rudely that the offer was only verbal and that no documents were available. That's one thing, but I also had a question about billing. The service was provided in 2023 (with VAT 7.7%), but I was charged 8% (which is also not correct for 2024). The person got louder and louder, said something like I didn't want to pay the bill and what the VAT had to do with the payment and didn't let me, as a customer, have a say anymore. I then had to hang up after wishing him a nice day. Unpleasant experience...
Working at a volume early in the morning in the stairwell every few weeks. When you ask them not to hit the railing hard every few seconds, which echoes through the entire building, there is zero understanding and consideration for the residents. Incomprehensible and avoidable.
I signaled at the last second and the employee honked like crazy and then gave me the middle finger. When I called the company I thought they might apologize, but unfortunately that wasn't the case
