Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Asked to not to cut on the front and not use machine. Ended up using machine, and ”texturizing” the hair by cutting half the strands in half. Now it just looks frizzy, short, and unhealthy. Had to go home and finish around the ears myself, because it was very sloppy and uneven. EDIT: This was her response to my review.

I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Great client service, quick, price is great, easy to schedule and change (if necessary) appointments and quality consistently high! Fast response time when contacting Lina. Payment through TWINT quite easy.

I wish I’d read the reviews before going to Lina…the first time I scheduled and appointment with her in 2023 using a DeinDeal voucher, she kept me waiting for over an hour while she finished attending her previous client (who complained at the end before leaving and Lina was unkind to her and had a rude tone). But the keratin treatment she did was really good and we discussed a doing highlights at another point in time and I went back to her a few months later. Although I showed her photos of the color I wanted, she left my hair completely orange! She was also rude and showed poir listening skills when I tried to explain what I was not happy with. I had to schedule another appointment to have it corrected. Recently I wanted to get the keratin redone and decided to go back to her. Without telling or asking me, she says she preformed services on my hair and added on costs for the treatment. She claimed that everyone knows that the pre and post services are needed with keratin (nothing of the sort was done the first time around!) and I told her that she should put this information on her website so customers don’t feel cheated, at which she became rude. She also wanted me to pay her in cash or Twint and complained when I wanted to use the credit card, charging me extra for it. Again I told her she she put this information on her website, at which she said that when she gets her nails and Botox done, she is also charged extra to use the credit card.
The result of the keratin this time is really bad and when I informed her of this, she told me to find another hairdresser, saying it’s too difficult to work with me (!!!) - and ahe of course blocked me.
So avoid yourself hassles and steer clear of Lina.

I did the straightening keratine treatment a couple of times by Lina, and the result is always amazing, long lasting and without turning my blonde hair yellow! Highly recommended!
