The haircut was average. For that price, I expected also suggestions and recommendations on which haircut would suit me best. Instead, I needed to tell the barber exactly which length I want in each section of my head. Maybe, he is just not used to curly hair. [I was there August 2023]

Came here for the first time this week after researching quite a few different places in Zurich. Extremely pleased with my haircut and the whole experience. Bilà l was very professional and attentive. Highly recommended, thanks again!

I'm very picky with my barbers/hairdressers. I grew my hair long in the pandemic and Bilal was the barber that gave me great advice, fixed my haircut after a different hairdresser messed it up, and prepared it for a proper long hairstyle. He really took the time and listened to my requests. I recommend this barbershop!

My girlfriend treated me to a haircut before a wedding at Barber Paradox. I personally usually just shave my hair myself but after the visit I understand the appeal. Michael cut my hair and was great to discuss a look I had never had after he offered me a drink! :-) The little details like the quality books and well thought out interior make the experience. Needless to say I'll be back. Thanks for the great cut guys and see you soon!
